FashionIsta Global is a brand owned and operated from Gurugram, Haryana, India. All products are sold subject to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
All product images are representative. Due to monitor calibration differences, actual colours may vary slightly. We reserve the right to discontinue any product without notice. Prices are listed in INR for domestic orders and USD for international orders and are inclusive of applicable taxes at checkout.
All prices shown are exclusive of GST. GST at 5% is applied at checkout on items priced at or below ₹2,500 per unit, in accordance with the Indian Government GST schedule for apparel. International orders are not subject to Indian GST.
An order is confirmed only upon successful payment. We accept Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets), CC Avenue, and Cash on Delivery (domestic India only). Cash on Delivery carries a ₹49 handling fee. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund.
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days from our Gurugram facility. Estimated delivery times are 5–7 business days for standard shipping and 2–3 business days for express. Free shipping is available on all domestic orders and on international orders above $100. FashionIsta Global is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or customs authorities.
We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery for items in unworn, unwashed, original condition with tags intact. Sale items, personalised items, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy for full details.
All designs, artwork, copy, and branding on fashionistaglobal.in are the exclusive property of FashionIsta Global. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
FashionIsta Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
