Esha Warrik has spent 35 years in the apparel industry doing one thing consistently: finding, developing, and standing behind clothing worth making. As CEO and Director of FashionIsta Global Pvt Ltd, she leads Fashionista Global with a design sensibility built over decades in buying operations for some of Europe's most respected children's and family fashion houses.

She has built and sustained partnerships with brands including Tutu du Monde, NU, Swildens, CdeC, Caramel Ltd, Neck&Neck, Zidag, Volitaire, Cathkidston, and Dino E Lucia — work that demanded not just a design eye, but a real understanding of how garments are made: which fabrics perform, which construction lasts, and what separates a well-made piece from an ordinary one. That is the expertise behind Fashionista Global, built for Indian customers but held to the same standard she has been trusted with by European boutiques for years.

Esha's specialty is buying — translating a design vision into a finished collection that is both beautiful and viable to produce at scale. Under her direction, Fashionista Global stays committed to high-quality woven, knit, and leather garments and accessories for children and adults alike, so families can dress well together rather than shop two different standards under one roof.

What sets her approach apart is refusing to treat "affordable" and "high-quality" as opposites. Having sourced for premium European labels for decades, she has seen how much of a garment's cost is branding and markup rather than the product itself — and has built Fashionista Global to close that gap, selling direct and controlling the supply chain end-to-end.

Esha holds a graduate qualification and stays close to the details — fabric, finish, feel — that customers remember. Her vision is simple: international design excellence, without the international price.

Ricky Warrik has spent 40 years building businesses, and the last several building Fashionista Global from the ground up. As Director of Finance, Operations and Logistics at FashionIsta Global Pvt Ltd, he turns a good idea for a clothing line into a company that actually delivers — fabric sourcing, vendor relationships, supply chain, and the numbers that keep it all honest.

That grounding comes from decades spent forging partnerships with fabric vendors and manufacturing units across India, learning firsthand what separates a garment that merely looks good from one that survives a child's day — the running, the washing, the wear. Ricky is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, and that discipline runs through how Fashionista Global operates: standard operating procedures that are actually followed, quality checkpoints built into every stage of production, and a habit of measuring rather than guessing.

His responsibilities cover the parts of the business customers never see but always feel: fabric arriving on schedule, supplier promises matching what actually ships, finances structured for real growth, and logistics that run without the delays common in Indian e-commerce. It's unglamorous work, and Ricky is the first to say so — he cares far more about whether a hoodie's seams survive fifty washes than about talking up the process.

That practicality shapes his view of the brand's mission too. Fashionista Global exists because Indian parents shouldn't have to choose between international quality and a fair price. Ricky has seen both sides — the European boutiques FashionIsta Global has long supplied, and an Indian market that rarely got direct access to that same standard. Selling directly to parents, without middlemen, is how the price stays fair without the quality slipping.

Ricky holds a graduate qualification and works to one rule: solve the problem, verify the fix, don't move on until it holds.
