Refund & Returns Policy

At Fashionistaglobal, we want you to love what you buy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can initiate a return if:

  • The item is in original condition — unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

  • The return is requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is not listed as a non-returnable product (e.g., innerwear, accessories, or clearance sale items unless damaged/defective).

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at global.pvt.ltd@gmail.com or whatsapp text to +91-9811188822  within 3 days of receiving the product.
  2. Share your order ID, reason for return, and clear images if the product is damaged or incorrect.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to self-ship (in some pin codes).

  4. After receiving the returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.) within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Size issues (if the same item is in stock).

  • Damaged or defective products.

Please note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Innerwear & intimate wear

  • Accessories (jewelry, bags, etc.)

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Products on final sale/clearance

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order must go through the return process.
